Who is responsible for your data

Pure Group Sağlık Turizmi Ticaret LTD ŞTİ, based in Istanbul, Turkey, is the data controller for the information you submit on this site. You can reach us at info@purelinetravelagency.com for any question about your data.

What we collect

The consultation form asks for your name, phone number and email address. The message field is free text, so it may include health-related details you choose to share, such as your hair loss pattern or previous treatments. Under KVKK, health information is treated as a special category of personal data and given extra protection.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to understand what you are asking about, contact you back, and arrange a consultation if you decide to go ahead. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give when you tick the consent box and submit the form, in line with Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698. You are free to withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawing it does not affect any exchange that already took place.

How your message actually travels

This form does not save your details on our servers. Submitting it opens WhatsApp, or your email application, with your message already written in, and you choose whether to send it. From that point, the privacy terms of WhatsApp or your email provider apply to the message itself. We only see what arrives in that conversation.

One small exception: when the form loads, your browser asks a third-party lookup service for the country your connection appears to come from, so the phone field can suggest the right calling code. This only reads your approximate location from your IP address, is never stored by us, and you can change the suggested code yourself at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep the conversation and any details you share only for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and provide the care you request, or for as long as Turkish law requires medical correspondence to be kept, whichever is longer.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you can ask whether we hold data about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it is used, and raise a complaint with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. The version in place at the time you submit the form is the one that applies.
